Supporting people to recover quickly from stressful setbacks
As a coach for the past 11 years it has been my great privilege to work with hundreds of clients, workshop participants, students and colleagues on an individual 1:1 basis and also in groups, assisting them to learn new coping strategies and build new thoughts and habits that support their happiness and wellbeing. This has included teaching Mindfulness to children in schools, working with groups of stressed and anxious adults, delivering wellbeing in the workplace seminars to teachers in schools and staff and their teams in places of business, public speaking at events, retreats and groups, etc. Another aspect of my work is that I founded a community group where I mentor and provide support for fellow coaches and student coaches of The Coaching Academy
Continuing Professional Development
I continue to invest in my professional development through studying and regularly attend courses to enable me to stay abreast of the latest information and ways of working with my clients, to create the ability for change and to find new and more productive ways forward. I am currently studying a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and completing my final year Psychotherapy Level 4 Diploma qualification.
