“Being 25, you would think you are at a high point in your life, therapy wasn’t even on your radar as you should be enjoying life and coming home late from partying hard and have work the next day – but not in my case. I’ve had the toughest 5 years and in those 5 years I have developed an unhealthy way of dealing with stress, my depression and anxiety. I’ve seen a therapist at the worst point in my life, who only ever watched me cry and made me answer a questionnaire and rate 1-10 on how I feel/felt in the past week. I only ever attended 3 sessions and from there I concentrated on building my career. One day, I had the worst panic attack ever, which was triggered over something small. One of my clients recommended that I see Caroline, as she had helped her get to where she is today. “A very good friend, for 2 years kept telling me to visit Caroline but I was reluctant because of an ill-conceived notion of what therapy actually did.
